Bethany Lyttle’s article “Real Knitters, Real Stories: Kimberly Chapman” in the Holiday Gifts 08 special issue of Interweave Knits should have referenced Kimberly’s website, www.kimberlychapman.com. In addition, it contains these factual errors:
The blogosphere informed Kimberly about the incorrectly twisted cable, not her sister-in-law;
Kimberly’s husband was instrumental in performing the calculations needed to design the knitted DNA’s twisting tubes.

“I just love your magazine. I have been a long-time subscriber and I never get bored or tired of it. The Great Gifts ideas from the Summer 2005 issue were fabulous. I made several of them for Christmas presents and they were a big hit! Keep it up!”

“I treasure the magazine—my copies show the wear and tear of my handling them over and over (even your advertisements are colorful and informative.) I have improved my knitting skills by making many patterns you publish that are irresistible, and I have been inspired to depart from old knitting habits by the creativity of your knitters.”

“I appreciate that you not only have wonderful clothing projects but include other fun items like purses, and rugs, and such. You are all very clever and it’s so much fun to see your magazine arrive each time. I set aside a little quiet time for a cup of coffee and a good romp through the current issue.”
